Shipping Process
*We Guarantee Our Packages Will Reach It's Mailing Destination Within 7 Business Days Of Product Shipment.**

We package and ship every single one of our products neatly folded inside of a "Canada Post" Flat Rate Box (9.5" length / 6.5" width / 3.5" height), unless a bigger Flat Rate Box is needed, and shipped directly to our customers via Canada Post. IF a bigger Flat Rate Box is needed (ie. larger orders consisting of multiple items), shipping costs may be more expensive.
Replacement Policy
We understand that placing our products in the hands of a third party delivery service (Canada Post), canlead to a risk of product mis-handling and mis-placement. Sometimes packages get "bumped around" or "lost in transit" and in all fairness to our customers, if your apparel arrives damaged in any form, we will work with you free of charge to get your apparel replaced, that's our guarantee! All we ask for is photo confirmation of the damaged product, and your replacement is on the house!

However please be aware, that company policy ensures photographs of both your prepared apparel, as well as your packaged parcel will be documented before being shipped to its destination. Furthermore, we keep a tracking number on every single package we send out, to keep track of where your package is, and when it reached its final destination.

IF we come to the determination that your package has indeed arrived, on time and in proper condition, but you choose to file a "damaged" or "lost item" report with our team, you will be banned from ever making future purchases. We like to preach the "honesty" system, and wish to treat each of our customers with the same respect and understanding they treat us with.
