  • How long will it take me to receive my order?
    We ensure that your order will reach your mailing address within 7 days of being shipped!
  • How do I check the status of my order?
    Once your apparel has been shipped, you will be sent a shipment tracking number, in the email inbox that was provided to us when placing your order.
  • Where is Mainstreem Apparel based?
    Though we don't currently have a store front, our apparel is hand-crafted, packaged, and shipped out of Kingston, Ontario.
  • Do you have any product care tips?
    For tips on how to properly care for your Mainstreem Apparel, please visit the "About Our Product" page of our website, which is located under the "About Us" tab in the websites menu bar.
  • What are your hours of operation?
    Though we don't currently have a store-front, we are open from 10am-8pm on weekdays, and 12pm-6pm on the weekends, to handle any concerns you may have on products, shipping, and replacements.
  • Can I place my order over the phone?
    Though it is possible by calling our office, we strongly encourage all of our customers to process their orders either directly on our website, or directly through our Social Media Accounts. This keeps the whole process neat and tidy, like your brand new apparel!
  • How do I cancel or change my order?
    Our website doesn't offer our customers the opportunity to make cancellations, or changes to the orders already placed, so please be sure to double-check "My Cart" before checking out and processing your payment. However, we do realize mistakes happen. IF you need to cancel or make changes to your order, we offer a "48-Hour Reach Out Window" for all of our customers. It is our guarantee that if you contact us via Email, Phone, site chat, or text message within the 48 hour window, we will make changes to, or cancel your order, and issue you a refund.
  • How can I pay for my order?
    We offer a wide variety of payment options on our site including Visa/Mastercard, Interac, PayPal, and Interac E-Transfer. However, if you're ordering a product directly through our social media accounts, only PayPal and Interac E-Transfer can be accepted.
  • What are your costs for shipping?
    We offer a rate of shipping of $17.00 (Regular Flat Rate Box), for all of our Canadian customers. If orders have multiple items, and require a larger Flat Rate Box, then the cost of shipping may increase. Regardless, everything will be factored into your checkout total, to help avoid any confusion.
  • How will my order be packaged?
    We package and ship every one of our products neatly folded into a Regular Sized "Flat Rate" Canada Post Box, which costs us $17.00 to purchase. The boxes are 9.5" in length, 6.5" in width, and 3.5" in height. If orders have more than one item included, then the size of the "Flat Rate" box may be larger, and cost more to ship. Everything cost wise will be specified and included into the final cost at checkout, to help avoid confusion.
  • I haven't been able to have my question(s) answered on your website, where do I reach out for clarification to my questions?
